• Preparation and review of 32 financial documents, for the request of resources for the execution of 6,000 houses per year, for approval of the Ministry of Housing and the office of the President of Venezuela.

• Definition of the annual operational maintenance plan for 12 office buildings.
• Planning, execution, and administration of civil maintenance services, for 7,000 workers.

• Design, procurement and installation of furniture and modular equipment (UNISPACE, DAFASA and CAPUY) and conventional in remodeling of 350 offices, including spaces for dining rooms, auditoriums, industrial kitchens, bathrooms; with preparation of descriptive reports, presentations, metric calculations, procurement and inventory control
• Planning, control and management of removals of 830 workers, between the office and housing areas of operational fields.

• Programming, control and management of preventive (quarterly) and corrective (monthly) maintenance for static and rotating equipment in Gas Plants
• Programming, control and management (234 monthly services) of personnel transfer logistics by lake and air, and logistics of food and hydration services for personnel, by land and lake.

• Planning and monitoring of 6 monthly meetings with government entities, for the definition of projects and financial resources.
• Definition of projects, presentations and descriptive memory for the request for resources, social infrastructure projects, housing, health and education, in areas susceptible to oil exploitation.

• Graphic design, video and audio editing for 26 computer-based training sessions. (more than 100 graphic and audio products per training)
