- Traditionally a three person department: I fulfill the role of Service Advisor by opening and managing all PDI Repair Orders through the CDK database.
- I fulfill the role of communicating with dispatchers and warranty specialists as well as parts management on all new units.
- I fulfill the role of service technician by personally servicing each car myself.
- My work ethic, organization and personal knowledge allow me to exceptionally fulfill all roles on my own, saving the company money as well as assuming all accountability on every new vehicle that enters our lot.

- For my Senior capstone film I took on the responsibilities of writer and director, as well as co-producing and editing the short film "Idle". This was a film based on my experience in the car industry and exemplified a clear advancement in what I had learned as a filmmaker during my journey through school.
