  • Previously worked at NW Pharmacy call center (from 2018-2020) and was responsible for answering multi- line phone calls for all 15 Southern WA and OR outpatient pharmacies. Managed to reach daily goal of 150 calls and exceeded my monthly service level of 80% or above.

  • Coordinated resolutions for issues and appealed denied authorizations.
  • Other duties include; auditing, inventory, patient follow-ups and medical staff support
