  • We also built a 400-person auditorium, imaging and examination areas, 50,000-SF of office spaces, collaborative areas and enclosed air bridge

  • Myers, FL $144 million, 293,000-SF hospital that met a critical community need for increased pediatric treatment capacity
  • The project included a new eight-story, Category 5 hurricane-resilient patient tower and pavilion with a large ER, 160 patient beds, imaging rooms and more
  • Renovations were made to 74,055-SF of the existing facility, and site access roads and underground utilities were reconfigured
  • We also saved the client $30 million through value engineering during the design phase

  • Pegasus Park Development Phase I - Gulfstream Racing & Casino Park, Hallandale Beach, FL $22 million, 10,920-SF dome building on a four-acre site that serves as the base for a 110-foot-tall bronze statue of a winged horse fighting with a fire-breathing dragon that includes over 70,000-SF of rock theming and a water feature with choreographed lighting, sound, and fountains

  • Patricia and Philip Frost Museum of Science, Miami, FL, $101 million, 250,000 SF, state-of-the-art, multi-use science and technology museum, planetarium, and aquarium.
  • The world-class, five-story facility includes office space, ticketing, concessions, a restaurant, and amenities, a 220-space below-grade parking garage, and the fit-out of 3,500 SF of tenant space.
