As a experience lead at petsmart, my role involves overseeing and enhancing the overall customer experience in-store. I help lead a team, ensuring they are delivering excellent service, maintaining store operations, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for pet owners. I assist in the focus on training and coaching associates, managing inventory, ensuring the store meets it's sales and performance targets, and promoting a culture of customer care. Additionally, I also handle customer feedback, resolve issues, and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. My goal is to elevate the shopping experience for both pet parents and their furry companions, fostering a positive environment in alignment with petsmarts mission and values.

While i was a full-time college student i did temporary work study on my school campus, I was responsible for helping students get their school supplies such as books and other necessary supplies for each class. I worked on register ensuring everyone gets the right school supplies while also answering phones to help those who could not come in to get supplies place online orders to help them pursue their careers.
