Responsible for inspecting, appraising, writing repair bids

Provide a complete physical description of property style, beds, baths and features. Provide a thorough listing of repairs necessary to place home on the market. Write bid specifications and send out Bids for repairs such as Roof Tear offs and reroofs, partial roof repairs including facia, decking. Exterior repairs such as windows, garage doors, holes in walls, prep and paint. Interior repairs such as wall repair and replacement (Flooring, baseboards, drywall, tape, texture and paint) , plumbing fixtures repair or replace including new cabinetry, sinks, tubs, showers, Hot waters. Electrical repairs such as new receptacles, light fixtures, garage door openers, ceiling fans, New Breaker boxes. Inspect the contractors finished repair work. Appraise the value of the property. Research comparable sold homes and recommend to the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) a sale price.
