i have been in the restaurant business for almost 60 years.

i am active in a location i created 10 years ago.

december 2024 will be closing due to end of lease.

i am an expert in the restaurant business in each facet of the business.

i maximize the space to get the very most volume with the least amount of employees.

right now, i have 1380 sq ft. we are open 4 hours a day 5 days a week excluding holidays.

my first day in business we did 240 dollars, now i do that in 15 minutes.

we will gross 500,000 this year with a total of 5 employees including me.

when it comes to qsr cant imagine anyone better.

as for my age, 74 i work now around 90 hours a week.
