Receive systems from RFM and verify that the system was repaired, update tracking on the datasheet and close tickets on Service Now. Process the Over the limits systems for scrap and take pictures for charging purposes. Image systems with company OS build. Help Diagnose and repair systems. Part harvest scrapped systems to get parts to repair other systems. Identify which systems could be repaired. In charge of help train new employees.
