Summary
At Open Door Baptist Church, with the Lord's help and a great team of volunteers, I have led the congregation from a 2500SF building to a 22,000SF building. We have been systematically remodeling the acquired space since 2017 resulting in the renovation our sanctuary, nursery, 3 bathrooms, welcome area, entrances and more. We have seen the congregation nearly double in attendance and the church budget has grown by almost 200%. My current role encompasses preaching, pastoral counseling, congregational care, fostering a loving and gracious church environment, projecting vision. and leading the departments heads as they manage the volunteers.
