For 15 years at Outback Steakhouse, I honed essential skills in teamwork, communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving within a fast-paced environment. This experience taught me the importance of clear communication, especially during busy periods. My plumbing apprenticeship provided practical experience with piping systems, valves, and following safety procedures—skills directly applicable to plant operations. Coupled with my Associate's degree in Process Plant Technology, where I studied process control, instrumentation, and safety regulations, I'm confident I have the well-rounded skill set to excel as an operator.
