Daniel Martinez

My name is Daniel Martinez I’m a 18 year old with tons of energy and experience in some categories that I feel are important which is mainly customer service I know is important to know how to talk to people! I am a newly graduate from Highschool and I started immediately with getting my Real Estate license and successfully co listed one house so far since being licensed in 2026 of January! I strive to learn more and get better at whatever comes at me doesn’t matter what it is I will get it done! I love to leave things almost perfect meaning ever since becoming an apprentice for some time I understand how many people feel sometimes when they browse an apartment or trying to buy a house and they see things they don’t like wether it be the paint job or the floors they don’t like, I will reassure the clients and give feedback on changes we should do to make future clients want to stay with us.

• I go to the gym so I am pretty fit and can walk up many stairs or carry heavy objects

• I sometimes like to do garden work I love planting though I do wanna get a chicken coop one of these days
• I am somewhat a nutritionist I plan my meals for a week and so far Ive lost weight gained weight with what I know so far with my gym journey
