• Leadership & Team Management: Supervise, train, coach, and evaluate shop technicians; manage recruiting, interviewing, and scheduling.
• Operations & Workflow: Serve as Manager on Duty to ensure fast, high-quality, and safe oil changes, wiper replacements, and fluid checks.
• Financial & Administrative: Monitor shop financials, handle inventory counts, manage opening/closing procedures, and review performance metrics.
• Customer Service: Model exceptional customer engagement, resolve client concerns professionally, and verify customer satisfaction before vehicles leave the bay.
• Assisted DM with other Shops, Visited up to 10 different shops to ensure they were at company brand standards. Also ensure staffed was getting the correct training. I would also ensure staffing was 100%

• Customer Experience: Resolve escalated customer service issues and maintain high standards of store merchandising.
• Operations and Compliance: Manage inventory control, loss prevention, scheduling, and safety standards.
