As a member of the management team I report directly to the Plant Manager to implement directives and provide Operations and Maintenance support.
Responsible for safe, reliable and efficient operations of the plant in accordance with State and Federal law.
Provide project management for various plant upgrades in my tenure at the plant from turbine Hot Gas Path Outages, lock and key outages, Silencer exhaust upgrades, DCS upgrades, Transformer, AVR and CEMS.
Schedule and assign maintenance task's, write PR's using Maximo CMMS.
Mentor fellow technicians and transfer my plant knowledge of 20+ years at Rolling Hills Generating to my fellow plant coworkers from starting as a level one technician in 2004 and working up to a level 5 and then a lead O&M technician before being promoted to Plant Superintendent in 2017.
