At Everglades Club, I gained invaluable experience over four years, working at prestigious events such as weddings, celebrations of life, rehearsals, and birthday parties. My key responsibilities included:

• Crafting over 100 different cocktails, enhancing my expertise in mixology.
• Expanding my knowledge of world wines, enabling me to deliver exceptional wine presentations to customers.
• Providing top-quality service by preparing the best drinks efficiently, even during high-pressure situations.
• Constructing and setting up bars for banquets, ensuring smooth event operations.
• Managing inventory by restocking bars and maintaining a consistent supply of liquors and wines.

A notable challenge was during New Year's Eve and Easter, where I successfully served over 1,200 guests, demonstrating my ability to perform under demanding circumstances.

I began my hospitality career at Jageralpe, a prestigious 4-star superior ski resort hotel in Warth, Austria. Initially starting as a receptionist, I transitioned into roles as a waiter and bartender after a few weeks, due to staffing needs. My responsibilities included:

• Delivering exceptional wait service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Taking customer orders and serving food and beverages efficiently.
• Conducting wine presentations to enhance the dining experience.
