Attends treatment plan team meetings, monitors & assesses patient behaviors and charts on mental and physical attributes, Conducts vitals and other medical needs, assists with ADLs, supervision of staff including training and scheduling, implementing behavior health plans, devising and enhancing treatment strategies to achieve goals, ensuring the safety of patients and staff

Providing individual psychotherapy with clients, facilitating group therapy sessions within the house, coordinating clinical care and case management services both within and outside the company, training clients with ADLs, intakes and discharges, maintaining household safety, completing documentation, administering medications. The primary goal is to advocate for acceptance and integration of all individuals with mental illness within the community in which they reside.

I identified, triaged, managed, and discharged patients with medical and behavioral health diagnoses within the emergency psychiatric care setting. In addition, I provided skill training through psychoeducation and developed specific behavioral change plans for patients. I conducted lab specimens, vital signs, blood sugars, and addressed minor medical needs of the patients. I took charge of staffing/scheduling and adhered strictly to Arizona's strict rules and regulations for patient and staff safety.

I cared for mentally impaired or emotionally disturbed individuals, following physician instructions and hospital procedures. I monitored patients' physical and emotional well being and report to medical staff. I participated in rehabilitation and treatment programs, helping with personal hygiene, and administering oral medications and hypodermic injections

Screened Burmese and Hispanic refugees for language ability and academic placement programs, redirected and redefined behaviors, implemented and carried out academic objectives as stated on individualized education programs, taught large and small group special and regular education (K-8)
