I was a cosmetologist for 22 years. After being a stay at home mom for 5 years I found a job as a receptionist at a medical practice where I learned how to do front desk and some clinical work as well. The medical director and Medical assistants trained me on how to take blood pressures and room patients for their appointments. They also taught me a little bit in triaging patient phone calls into the nurse. I am very experienced with the public and dealing with people, which I have created many of relationships with many patients. I am friendly, caring and very reliable with great work attendance. I am dedicated to any job I have ever had. I also believe I have great work ethic and believe everyone should be cross trained. I've always been the person who wears many hats.
