Motivating teams is something I have done since High School. As captain of the Colorguard, I would give encouraging speeches before each performance. At the Disney Store, learned how to coach to behaviors to get the team to work the way the company expects them to without being condescending., I was captain of the Colorguard in High School and in College. I have 6 years of Managerial experience between two jobs. At the Palace, I became a lead after working there for two months. At Disney I stepped into a leadership role within 6 months. At Bayou Trailers, I ran the business from the day.
