
Coordinate all aspects of solar PV system installation generated by HelioPower Energy Consultants and multiple contractors via HelioPower Partner Services Division for Southern California Region.
Assist Contract and Engineering Departments with document procurement and preparation. Responsible for obtaining HOA Approval Letters, manage project installation schedules for 6 installation crews, obtain final inspection approval with city/county inspectors, and proper close out documentation for utility companies to ensure Permission to Operate (PTO) is issued to homeowners.
Additional duties include coordination with HERO Program funding / GRID Alternative (income qualified)projects / SASH & MASH projects for local housing authority
1. Foundation software conversion - company switched from QuickBooks to Foundation. Create new operation proceedures for data entry and information management when utilizing new program.
2. Responsible for all aspects of conversion; migration and information content for sensitive employee records, customer files, and contractor data throughout transition.
3. Schedule installation crews - coordinate schedules with multiple superintendents
4. Track all contracts, phases, and milestones throughout installation
