• Direct contact with patients, attending to their needs in a professional and friendly manner, asking their date of birth (DOB) to know if the patients want refills or new prescription, or the medication is ready or not, or if the client is a new patient, if that happens cashiers create a new profile asking if they have alergies and insurances.
