Before going into finance I spent 5 years on the floor selling New and Used vehicles with an average of 18 sales per month with a CSI rating in the high 90's. After 1 year in finance I was made a desk manager for about 9 months before requesting to go back to finance. I left because I felt it was time to look at other opportunities and because of my schedule I just did not have the time to do this.
Started my career in 1991 at Jim Weston Pontiac Buick GMC selling cars. Moved into my first management role in 1995 at a used vehicle dealer located in Salem, Oregon specializing in Special Finance. Performed this role until 2003 when I took a Sales Manager position at Capitol Subaru in Salem, Oregon. Was successful in this role until my family and I decided to move to Spokane in 2005. I came to Spokane because I applied with Lithia Auto Group and was offered the position of Used Car Manager at there Subaru/BMW store. Worked there until 2007, worked at few other dealerships until I decided in 2008 to leave the business and try something else.
