  • Immediately after accepting this appointment of EMS Supervisor in April 2015 I was tasked with fleet replacement
  • Under my leadership, 9 of 12 ambulances of the fleet had been replaced and a $750,000 budget allowance was newly created for yearly fleet replacement capital funds
  • Immediate savings of 68% in maintenance costs were realized
  • Safety and longevity are increased with new fleet
  • Schedule creation was a daunting and cost inefficient task that was inherited
  • I reduced our FTE need by going from a 36 hour week to a 48 hour week that staff requested
  • As well as made the schedule a set schedule matrix that is completed once yearly instead of every 6 weeks
  • This has been a reduction of man hours in schedule preparation costs
  • Tasked with Transport Coordinator Office work flow and restructuring
  • This task was given to me to streamline processes and increase throughput of reports prepared for billing in a more efficient timeline.
