  • Oversaw all operational initiates for 34 popular Florida stores with an average per unit volume of $4 million and average 7,000 sq ft locations
  • Oversaw 5 Regionals, 150 managers and 2,400 employees
  • Within 6 months, cut comp overtime hours in half and reduced overall labor by over 1%
  • Decreased beverage costs by 1.5%
  • Drove competitive upselling and posted positive comp store sales during Summer 2019
  • The chain had posted negative sales for the previous 1 ½ years prior to Dave’s hire
  • Created systemwide service training seminars for all managers and FOH employees
