• (6) months - Maintenance Dept. - Maintained battery room and operated sweeper scrubber
• (5) years – HV Shipping Orderfiller
• Trained/Licensed T3 – Would train new hires as well as cross-training associates on other equipment and job functions throughout the warehouse.

Ongoing Roles Currently -

• Current “Peer Coach” for new managers within DC 6090. With that I help guide and direct new managers into their new roles by being a mentor in the transition process as an area manager.

• Continuously improved operational procedures through ongoing evaluation of existing practices, incorporating feedback from team members and adopting industry best practices.
