Provide assistance to support the Security and Technology Solution architecture reviews, by facilitating the Technical Build session process, also coordinate with PMO team on program requirement for the preparation of the Intake Technology Solution reviews.

• Track projects thought out the lifecycle and update Technology Solution artifacts when required.

Leading the New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation’s Enterprise Information Technology Services teams and coordinating with Central Office Business and Pharmacy Operations, in the implementations of the Omnicell Enterprise project throughout the New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation’s eleven acute care hospitals and one acute long term healthcare facility. This rolling project consists of six of Omnicell’s main products over a three plus year period.

• Coordinated and facilitated for the Omnicell Program additional security and architecture reviews for all Omnicell products.
• Deployment of the servers and interfaces for all products, with continuing rolling go-live support for all the Omnicell products being implemented throughout the NYC H + H system. Including Omnicell XT cabinets (ADC), Anesthesia Workstations, Control Substance Manager, Inventory Optimization Services with ControlCheck, USR interface, IVX Manager, and Central Pharmacy Manager.

• Drove results for standardizing processes across three divisions: Technical Assistance Center (TAC), Ops, and Field Service. Led team members in daily operations for multiple programs, including XT Concierge Program, emphasizing the newest generation of Automated Dispensing Cabinets (ADCs); XR2 Concierge Program, an upgraded version of McKesson’s Robot-Rx, and G5 Launch, focused on Win10 support for older ADCs. Directed Product Phase Gate Management Process (PPGM) Launch, including serving as senior advisor for education and training. Also, led in the Business Solutions Management Team. Assumed role as integral member of core product development team and served as lead representative for Operations, TAC & Field service on the following teams: Point of Use, Central Pharmacy, Legacy sustaining, XT and Nurse Server teams.
• Acted as early adopter, trainer, and SME on Smartsheet, Slack, Question Pro, and Box on behalf of Omnicell’s Employee Education & Training Services Department.
• Achieved award for Omni-X Hackathon 3.0 as team member, building a cloud-based application to perform restocks that can be run from any mobile/tablet device. The project subsequently led to a patent being filed.
• Won XT Guiding Light for significant effort to successfully bring the XT products to market. Recognized with the 10th Impact award while working at the company.
• Served as subject matter expert for process improvement initiatives.

• Led projects for Canadian Accounts in role as Pre-Project Deployment Manager. Orchestrated all facets of projects for high-profile accounts. Managed project scope, risk, and timelines. Partnered with key project stakeholders and delivered consistent communication. Managed HIS/PIS conversions within the region, including EPIC, Cerner, Allscripts. Supported Omnicell Strategic Partner Program and collaborated with internal stakeholders and end users to bring customer facing-products to market.
• Served as Upgrade Coordinator. Supported scheduling PM run upgrades for OmniCenter.
• Achieved two Impact Awards.
