• Overall Highest Prospective donor conversion company wide 2022
• Company record of 5,000 plus weekly donations August 2023, first in company history to achieve.
• Top performing Center District 8 Achievement FY 2022
• Consistently met or exceeded following operational targets throughout tenure: Volume, Return and new donor wait times, controllable cost per liter, voluntary turnover, Labor targets, and Customer Satisfaction scores

Responsible for opening of new plasma donation center, and functioning as interim center director in Shreveport, LA. Assisted with and helped oversee various center openings: Meridian, MS, Burlington, NC, Irving, TX, and Kissimmee, FL. Achieved overall highest producing center mark while maintaining lowest floor exception rates and overall processing times throughout company.

Solely responsible for oversight of highest producing center in company, while maintaining lowest phlebotomy exception rates and overall donor processing times.

Jointly responsible with center manager for all activities and staff in the operations of the plasma center.
