Help Desk:

• Provide daily technical support for users, remotely and in person.
• Analyze technical problems and provide solutions.
• Provide training for users.
• Troubleshoot and support all in-house developed applications.
• Support Department of Technology sanctioned applications and hardware.

Networking:

• Troubleshoot and maintain workstations.
• Troubleshoot network issues including IP problems, printing and file access.
• Troubleshoot cables, connectivity, and mappings.
• Install and configure network printers.
• Configure and secure workstations with group policies.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory for user maintenance including adding, removing, and updating user objects. Familiar with login scripts and user login troubleshooting.

Deployment and Installations:

• Image and configure computers and software with SCCM for mass rollouts.
• Schedule and manage hardware deployment.
