• Managing property insurance claims from start to finish. Conducting field investigations, interviews, traveling to customer sites to evaluate fires, vandalism, fallen trees, leaking roofs and other issues to determine coverage and create accurate cost estimations for repairs. The day to day duties include doing initial reviews on claims. Contacting customers for information on the damages. Explaining and determining coverage. If covered, moving forward with emergency services and paying the customer for repairs. Managing 20 to 30+ claims of differing complexity.

- Project Coordinator – Working on fire and water losses from the administrative side. Answering phones, entering new loss information, sending work orders, prepping/ submitting estimates, working with adjusters, scheduling for mitigation services and moving back customer’s contents.

- Water Technician – Responding to water loses in residential and commercial locations. Scoping loses, taking samples, performing demolition, sanitizing, setting equipment, and disposing of ruined material. A key part of the job is coordinating with operations managers and customers.

- Fire Technician – Serving residents after fires, smoke damage, and other disasters. Working individually or as a team to pack out homes or businesses, moving content out of and back into commercial or residential locations, as well as property cleaning, specializing in carpets, rugs, and upholstery.

• Stock shelves, track inventory, order new merchandise, work quickly within small teams to stock and clean aisles before store opening.
