Completed dozens of federal and state contracts as Energy Coordinator for Plumas County CDC. Duties included energy audits and assessments, estimates, retrofits, remodeling and inspections.

Performed Section 8 housing inspections for 30 years in Plumas, Lassen, Sierra and Tehama Counties.

Performed other duties as required in Agency owned public housing complexes and offices.
