Security Supervisor

Summary

I am very well versed in both oral and written communications, in my tenure with the railroad I was a front line employee who dealt with passenger problems on a daily basis. I continue to hone my skills while in my current position as a security supervisor working as a contractor to the US Govt. I hold daily briefings with our customer to inform them of any issues that might arise.

Customer service skills were instilled while on the railroad by explaining reasons why trains were running behind or why the train wasn't moving, I've calmed many irate people and left them with a smile and understanding of the current situation.
