After graduation I began work at Gerlands as an apprentice and worked my way up to a journeyman
Meat cutter.
I moved to east Texas and opened a processing business, which included a fresh cut meat market.
As well as operating my business ,I oversaw daily operations which included customer service, cutting meat, keeping and stocking counters, cutting and filling orders for restaurant, county jail, and local customers as well as over saw 5 employees.
I operated and was market manager for Alto Food Center for 3 years. My duties included cutting meat and keeping meat counters stocked, ordering supplies, inventory, maintaining retail counters and managing employees. Upon the store closing .
I started work at Alto B&B as market manager as well as Brookshires in Rusk for several years.
I worked under Mr. Musselwhite at Super one in Tyler, Texas before leaving to start my own business.
