
• Lead the overall customer and pet care experience, ensuring high standards of service and animal welfare across the store
• Supervise, train, and support team members on customer engagement, pet care standards, and daily operations
• Ensure proper care of all animals, including reptiles, birds, amphibians, and aquatic species, maintaining optimal habitat conditions
• Deliver expert guidance to customers on pet care, habitats, and product selection, driving satisfaction and repeat business
• Support salon operations by assisting with dog bathing, nail trims, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
• Perform opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, store readiness, security checks, and end-of-day reporting
• Support sales growth through product recommendations, upselling, and maintaining an engaging in-store experience
• Oversee inventory management, merchandising, and stock organization to ensure product availability and visual standards
• Identify and address animal health concerns, coordinating with leadership and veterinary resources when needed
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and animal care regulations
• Assist store leadership in achieving operational goals, team performance, and overall store success
