  • As a dental assistant, I've expanded my skills by learning how to do restorative, basic cleanings, root canals, and crown preps. I've also learned how to place a dental dam, sealants, radiographs, and, of course, sterilization.
  • I've been a lead assistant.
  • I've learned about how important culture needs to be in the workplace.
  • Self-awareness.
  • How to communicate effectively, supporting a team, and providing clarity on the protocols in place.
  • I was accepted into the leadership program out of over 80 applicants, which is a 10-month course.

  • When I first started Chas in October of 2022, I had been training for Spartan races. As training for these races takes a lot of prepping. I would either train before work or after work.
  • My objectives is to take my skills and talents, as well as my experience, to help improve the productivity
  • I've also been studying for the DANB test as well.
  • To learn more on communication and different personalities.
  • The leadership program I was excepted into, will help out communicating better, to build rapport, share intentions, and learn to lead with authentic.
