As a hallmark OP my job largely required me to fill boxes with various goods, place shipping labels and use hand held computers for scanning. pushing a buggy while doing so, walking approximately 8 miles a day not including overtime.

i have also for about 4 to 5 months volunteered at the loading dock unloading trailers and filling/sorting pallets working next to fork lifts

i do not have any sort of forklift certification but would be extremely interested in learning.

• Picked and packed order items.
• Operated equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks to move heavy boxes.
• Safely and securely loaded items to prevent damage during transport.
• Stocked shelves to match planogram images and instructions.
