· Ability to handle on-call rotation (~once per quarter)… I currently do this.

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience

· 5-10+ years of information security experience…I have two university degrees including one in Computer Information Systems.

· Advanced technical knowledge of ACF2, TSS, or RACF (ACF2 is preferred, at least one is required) …I have many year’s experience  in each and I often train others on the team.

· Knowledge of networks technologies (protocols, design concepts, access control) & security technologies (encryption, data protection, design, privilege access, etc.)… I learned  this studying  for Novell and Microsoft certifications.

· Knowledge of network design and engineering… I learned this studying for my CCNA in CISCO.

· Proficiency in time management, communications, decision making, presentation and organizational skills… I have practiced this daily for the last 26 years.

· Intermediate decision-making and problem-solving skills… I have practiced this daily for the last 26 years.

· Intermediate verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization…I have made use of these skill on calls during projects.
