
I have 10 plus years in the food service industry. I worked in a personal care home, nursing home, correctional school, and two restaurants. I have done every position from dishwasher, dietary aide, prep cook, line cook to supervisor. I did some ordering, put away orders, arranged coolers and freezers, including dating and taking temperatures of food. I made daily feature menus. I cleaned and sanitized equipment and floors. I had courses on food and fire safety, and CPR/AED certifications.
