Started in Wethersfield at a drive thru, within 6 months I became a shift supervisor. transferred to Plainville where I stayed for 13 years and then wanted to grow so transferred to Bristol.

Roles... leading, delegating, cash handling, customer connections, food management, working on all orders (love the York order Its a challenge especially when you go to a different store), problem solving, coaching, encouraging, being a team player, always trying to make the best of everything with everyone I work with and also customers. A huge task for me when I transferred to Bristol was immediately learning all I could about the regulars while trying to connect with other customers to make them want to be a regular. I take a weird pride in knowing or wanting to know everyones daily drink and NAME!!!

Ive been working on my team leadership skills definitely within the shift team....building relationships, pars, moments to make us all feel good.

My first job that I grew and learned what my development skills and leadership could actually be. All customer connections, money handling, delegating, multitasking, and being a team player.
