Assisted Faculty and Staff with health benefits, workers compensation, leaves of absence, unemployment and retirement issues and concerns. Developed, implemented and trained departments on leave of absence and workers compensation policies and procedures. Co-developed and implemented University policies and procedures in alignment with the Family and Medical Leave and the Americans with Disabilities Acts. Worked directly with University attorneys and all levels of University Management on Union, Staff and Faculty employee relations issues.
