  • I've progressively advanced my scope of responsibility over the past decade culminating in operational oversight and budgetary supervision for Corporate Strategy, Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Product Management and Research/Innovation functions
  • Upon appointment as COO in 2018 I've successfully re-organized the company's sales function with a strategic pivot to post-acute care, created the Customer Experience, Product Management functions, and recruited a high performing senior leadership team including a full succession roster

  • Due to competing investment priorities within Quest the MedPlus unit was significantly downsized 18 months later and my position was eliminated (3 days after receiving an "Outstanding" performance appraisal)
