I am a hard-working goal oriented individual. I have a well rounded knowledge of flight operations having worked in aviation for a year with Avflight and Breeze Airways. I currently hold multiple positions simultaneously including: CSR and Lineman with Avflight as well as Station Manager for Breeze Airways at Plattsburgh International Airport. I started out as a CSR in an entry level position and worked my way into various portions of airport operations over the duration of my employment. I was elevated to Station Manager at Breeze Airways within just 7 months, showcasing exceptional leadership and team management skills. I am extremely adept in customer service, having been in customer service positions for 5 cumulative years. I am proficient in Japanese, having studied in Japan through Rotary Youth Exchange at the age of 15, and continuing to study after returning home. I have a profound love for aviation. Since my exchange, all of my steps career wise, I have taken in order to progress towards becoming a flight attendant.
