- Monitoring drivers on Tripmaster program sofrwear, assisting drivers with there schedules should there be a conflict on there schedules for performance getting clients to there destination on time
- Communitating with drivers by 2way radios and maintaining a documenting accurate records in the software program. dispatched service requests in an efficiently and in a timely manner to appropriate driver for on time performance.
- Reporting to the appropriate MCO for any lateness or any changes the client may have.
- Handling any vehicle issues or break downs that my occur reporting to the appropriate Supervisors through email throughout my shift.
- Responding to any Vehical accident dispatching Police or any Medical Emergency and dispatching EMS to the scenes.
- Dispatching for 14 counties in the Central and West Tx areas
- Customer service answering incoming calls, adjusting driver's schedules as needed to meet the trip demand.
- Same day scheduling if abe to accommodate dependingon trip demand, transferring calls to the appropriate departments
- Responding to any email requiring my attention.
