- Including Demolition, Concrete, Electrical, HVAC, Diesel Generator, Purchase racks & oversee their installation, Sprinkler & Alarm install and update, Dock Door & Dock Plate repair, Parking lot patching, Stucco repair, Grass Cutting and Snow Removal, Roof repair, Working hand in hand with the city's Building Department, Fire Department and, insurance companies for positive outcomes
- Including all PM work on all systems, Including the Diesel Fire Pump and the UST (Underground Storage tank) with The necessary A/B and C training

- My first major project with them was a twelve thousand square foot house in Fox Glen
- Where I worked on anything from laboring, setting steel, rough and finish carpentry
- I worked on that house from start to finish
- I also took on my own projects, decks, demo, plumbing, electrical, door and window replacement, painting and general handyman services

- When I started with ETM Studios I was a photo assistant and their lab technician
- I would run all film and maintain their E-6 and B&W Hope roller transport systems
- I would start my day cleaning and maintaining the processers, running control strips to maintain a smooth color balance
- When this was achieved, I then would assist the photographers helping anyone who needed it
- I quickly moved up to junior photographer and was shooting my own tool layouts
- I kept on moving up to become one of their best photographers
- In 1996 I left ETM to open up my own business
