In the 9 years i have been with Jonesboro coca-cola i have been in serval roles. From day one i got the keys to the Searcy facility so i could get the drivers off in the mornings. I have done that role for 9 years. I have done the Shuttle truck driver for 30 days then I got put into a Cool lift driver position did that for serval months and got the drivers off in the mornings and took care of all of the other drivers as they needed help along with getting paperwork as they need it and also dispatching the Searcy routes. I have filled in on all of the Searcy routes and also ran routes in Jonesboro when asked to do so. About 4 Years ago I took on the role as the Distribution Supervisor and been leading a team of 10 team members. For the past 4 years that i have been in the supervisor role I have been able to help in different areas. I have helped in the sales department on doing reset and setting up new stores. I also have been able to be with the DM's over some of the store i deliver to and go on store visits with store DM's. I also have got to work with the On-Premise and also the call center on getting the restaurants deliveries on time and special deliveries. When the OP sale manager was out on surgery I was asked to fill in for him while he was out. While the OP sales manager was out I went and visited accounts and sold in machines and work with the call center very closely.
