Role and responsibility of Deputy Juvenile Officer is to provide recommendations to the Court for detention hearings and dispositional hearings in different types of cases. In addition to provide risk assessments and dispositional recommendations and case assessment supervision to youth charged with delinquent offenses who are under court supervision while awaiting trial.

DJO served as the case management officers for juveniles who are detained in the secure detention or in non-secure detention facilities.
