I'm heavily into herbs and nutrition and I feel it goes hand an hand with recovery, mental illness. I use to do cooking classes for preventive health issues, Oak-Street Health. I have won serval competitions as well.  I have a Pod-Cast at DATV that shows off my skills of food and technics.  I do budget friendly meals and meal prep. I also teach adults and youths, to use pantry food items as well.
