I began my career as a busser and was quickly promoted to lead busser at just 16, demonstrating reliability and strong leadership potential. In this role, I managed deliveries, coordinated off-site laundry pickup, oversaw fellow bussers, and trained new team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations. I am a personable and adaptable individual with a knack for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences. A great server should provide friendly, attentive service that makes every guest feel welcome, and I strive to embody that in every shift. I am committed to staying organized and efficient, handling multiple tasks while maintaining a positive attitude. I also take pride in being knowledgeable about menu offerings and helping guests feel confident in their dining choices.
