In my jobs I have always been put in roles where talking to your customer/client is very important. Even communication with young children became important to me, because there’s so much value in what and how you speak to them.

I like to say that I am a natural leader. Since I child with me being the oldest of 7, you never really have time to be a kid. Eyes are always on you. Those skills bled into my adult life. I always find it easier to put myself in leadership roles. For example: Department Manager, or Sales Lead.
