- I Provide information, assistance, referral, case management, and Follow up Services.
•I connect Veterans and currently serving members of the armed forces to Community resources and military specific benefits.
•I conduct informational briefings to units and leadership, recruit and train volunteers, and provide financial literacy and education to all members of the National Guard.

• Serves as liaison with community agencies and resource providers to implement programs and services.

• Maintained personnel records and statistical data to establish accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations.
• Administrative functions may include, but are not limited to, job descriptions, promotions, organizational realignments and reassignments, recruitment, awards administration, drug testing program, and other programs and projects.
• Provides knowledge of the policies, regulations and precedents applicable to human resource
  management.
• Offer quality customer service, Personnel management, and act as a liaison to upper echelons and reporting systems.

• Experience providing direct services to identified families experiencing domestic abuse utilizing an early intervention model designed to stop the abuse, promote healthy family interactions, and reduce incidences

• Promotes awareness of Domestic violence prevention in the community by performing outreach activities in the preparation for and implementation of the Domestic Violence Awareness Month campaigns.
• Conducts risk assessments, formulate safety plans; and designs and implements goals and objectives for service plans.
• Analyzes and evaluates assessment data gathered to provide initial planning and provide follow-up interventions with clients regarding identified risk factors
• Answer emergency hotline and follow standard intake procedures and policies.
