During my employment, I assisted with purchases, signed customers up for the rewards program, and improved cash handling and customer service processes. I rotated and merchandised products to boost impulse buys, greeted customers, and trained employees on registers and stock merchandising. Notably, I secured 200 card applications within my first seven months.

I received on-the-job training to work directly with the dentist, learning all of Dr. Smith's procedures and the anatomy of the mouth. I also gained knowledge of the administrative side of the job, cleaned the office on weekends, and performed additional tasks as needed. I managed three to eight patients daily, setting up the procedure room, creating a safe and welcoming environment for patients, assisting in procedures, and cleaning and restocking the procedure room.

I worked with hundreds of customers daily, efficiently handling food, drink, and ice cream orders while maintaining fast service times. I took pride in providing a speedy and friendly experience for every customer. I memorized the menu and, although I primarily worked as a carhop, I was cross-trained in most aspects of the business.
