As a Process Assistant, I have been given the opportunity to work with those before and after me. Skills and roles this role requires such as, proficiency with software and problem-solving capabilities, has allowed me to expand my knowledge of this position and department. This role has taught me to focus on quality of production; when that occurs, the numbers will come along with it.
