  • Respond to Police/Court/Jail/Community based referrals to support people in engaging in recovery plans.
  • Support Peers in navigating local resources to address barriers that lead to recidivism.
  • Coordinate with my teammates on how to best serve our participants.
  • Use a trauma informed approach as well as utilizing my lived experience to build relationships with peers.
